With top talent stretched thin across management consultancies, many of these businesses have taken to offering pay rises. This comes in the hopes of attracting and retaining an increasingly small talent pool, with many leaving their pre-pandemic roles or even changing industry entirely.
In recruitment, having deep knowledge of your industry is key – and is something we pride ourselves on at Tarka. So, we’ve launched a survey to find out how peoples’ compensation has changed over the last year, if at all.
