Our founder, Richard Longstreet, has worked with The Berkely Partnership since 2016. When Richard made the transition back to recruitment from a career in consulting, he was introduced to the business by members of team he had worked in when he was a Management Consultant.

During our partnership so far, we have placed over 15 Consultants into their team across the following capabilities:
