I am collaborating with a market-leading boutique Digital Healthcare Consultancy, actively searching for a Director-level Managing Consultant with expertise in Adult Social Care. (One below Partner.) This firm has been recognised for its commitment to employee well-being, alongside its exceptional work.
Do you possess prior experience in Adult Social Care and consulting experience?
Your Essential Experience:
- 3+ years of experience within management consulting
- Experience working on change and transformation projects within adult social care, or local government
- Ability to manage a team; mentor and develop colleagues
- Business development/Commercial skills
- Understanding of ASC
Your role will encompass four key responsibilities:
- Delivery: Managing consulting engagements within adult social care; workshops; deliverables
- Commercial & Relationship Management; managing stakeholders to maximise profitability
- Business Development: using existing networks and growth potential
- Quality Assurance – supporting technological advancements and current processes
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary range of £90,000-£110,000
- Bonus and commission structure
- 25 days of holiday entitlement
