We’re working with a Boutique Consultancy (50 heads) with ambitious growth plans.
They work in small teams with senior client stakeholders, designing solutions to their most complex problems. Once the solution has been designed, they work with the client to understand the operational, people, and technology changes, and create the transformation roadmap that they’ll then help the client deliver. They’re sector agnostic, and look to get their Consultants exposure across a wide range of industries and types of project, to help develop your consulting skills.
Their current focus is on strengthening their digital capabilities, and they’re looking for Consultants with knowledge of business change and transformation with a passion for delivering change management solutions that work.
Ideally, candidates will have completed the graduate scheme in a larger consultancy (Big 4, Accenture etc) and will now be looking for an opportunity to develop their skills in a boutique without the red-tape and bureaucracy that comes from being in a bigger firm.
