Manager & Senior Manager
£70,000 – £130,000 Base Salary
Location: London
I am working with an independently owned management consulting firm based in London. They specialise in complex and transformational change projects and programmes across the Financial Services, Private and Public Sectors. They work closely with their clients’ C-Suite and Senior Leadership to devise, plan and run transformation programmes, acting in an advisory capacity.
Culturally the business is people led. They have an emphasis on work life balance, flexible/hybrid working, and building lasting relationships, both internally and with clients. Alongside this they offer lots of social incentives, including trips away and regular networking and social events.
There is limited travel (80%+ of their work is within the M25 boundary), alongside quarterly pay reviews, and opportunities for progression and ownership.
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 6-12 years’ of continuous consulting experience at a management consultancy
- Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme
- Experience across Change Management, Strategy or Transformation
- A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with FTSE 250 clients
- The right to work in the UK
