We are working with an independent consultancy that operates across a variety of industry market sectors and are keen to hire a Consultant into their team. This is a great environment for a pragmatic individual who can voice their own point of view and challenge their clients.
In this role, you will be focussed on developing the client’s operations management globally, whether in Customer Journey or by internally restructuring the workplace. You will also identify and improve aspects of automation where necessary, testing robotic solutions to judge where they will help or hinder the client.
A successful candidate will have experience in client delivery and end-to-end transformation (including internal), as well as in automation and robotic solutions.
