£125,000 base salary and £200,000 OTE.

We are working with a rapidly growing and award-winning management consultancy who are looking for a Practice Director to lead a capability within the business, extend relationships with existing clients, and develop new business development opportunities.
Successful candidates will relish the opportunity to work within Operational Excellence, and Performance Improvement alongside Change and Transformation.
Within the role, you will engage in an exciting and collaborative culture that is team-orientated, supportive and driven to produce fantastic work for their clients.
Do you meet the following?
- Have successfully sold operational excellence consulting engagements in the region of £2 million annually
- Have led large teams and scaled practices
