Manager – Lean management consulting
- 4-5 years experience – must be experienced in lean management and six sigma consulting
- AED 34,000 – 39,000 per month
- Must be willing to travel across the Gulf region weekly
- Must be fluent in both English and Arabic

Your role:
- Advise clients, design and implement Lean solutions that can help transform clients’ organisations
- Responsibility for leading projects, managing numerous team members, and develop the knowledge of junior team members
- Take accountability for the team on your projects, address performance issues promptly and take necessary action to ensure performance remains on track
- Introduce change and manage clients’ expectations across the full hierarchy from top management to blue collar roles
- Assist in client acquisitions and actively support senior managers/principals with business development

Your experience:
- 4-5 years experience with involvement in Lean Management implementation
- Knowledge and experience in Lean tools including but not limited to, process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel)
- Fluent command of English and native command of Arabic is required
