We’re working with a fast-growing management consultancy who are expanding their presence in Manchester & Leeds. Their work focuses on helping clients make the most of digital, accelerating the development of their digital capabilities, designing the business to optimise their use of digital.
As a Management Consultant, you’ll bring your in-depth knowledge of designing and delivering people & change programmes to help clients successfully land new technologies. You will:
- Help clients understand how to attract and retain the right people to drive their business forward
- Design ways of working to enable teams to best work together to deliver on the business strategy
- Work with clients to articulate the business case behind making necessary changes to ways of working and organisational structures
- Design and deliver cultural change programmes to enable a ‘digital-first’ mentality
The successful candidate will have a background in consulting, and knowledge of how modern, digital businesses operate with views on transitioning businesses to this way of working. You will have exposure to digital transformation programmes and the associated people change.
Recent experience in an established management consultancy is vital.
