We’re working exclusively with a market-leading boutique Digital Healthcare Consultancy in their search for a Managing Consultant (Director Level, one below Partner). This firm is renowned for its commitment to employee well-being and excellence in their work.
We’re keen to hear from individuals with prior experience in Digital Transformation or Digital Healthcare within a management consultancy. Specifically, we’re looking for those who have demonstrated a track record of actively contributing to revenue generation in these domains.
Your Essential Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience within Digital Healthcare consulting for a management consultancy
- Strong business development skills
- Understanding of ICS (integrated care system)
- Experience with EPR implementations (electronic patient records)
Your role would be split into 4 key responsibilities:
- Managing Healthcare Projects and managing their implementation
- Managing a team
- Business development
- Stakeholder management – building and maintaining relationships with clients
Your Requirements:
- Experience within Management Consulting or other internal Healthcare environment
- Understanding of ICS (Integrated Care Systems)
- Comfortable to upskill and develop your colleagues
- Experience in designing and implementing new tech solutions to help clients operate more effectively
- 5+ years’ experience within Healthcare or Healthcare consulting
- Strong business development skills; contributing to revenue generation activities
Salary & Benefits:
- £90,000 – £115,000 base salary
- Bonus and commission
