£135,000 – £180,000 – Director Role

I am working with an independently owned mid-size management consulting firm based in London. They have experienced massive growth over the past 10 years, doubling in headcount and opening a series of international offices.
They are now looking for an experienced Director to join their Operational & Organisational Transformation practice. The practice encompasses Operational Excellence, Op Model, Transformation Advisory and Cost Optimisation streams.
The Operational Excellence sub-division currently has a strong pipeline of work across a variety of FTSE 100/250 clients both domestically and internationally.
You would be working directly with C-Suite stakeholders to oversee and manage the design & delivery of large scale projects and programmes.

The successful candidate MUST have:
- 9+ years of continuous management consulting experience at a Big 4 style firm or equivalent (Tier 1/Tier 2 consultancy)
- Significant experience across Operational Excellence, Intelligent Automation, RPA, Process Improvement and continuous improvement.
- Track record of leading multi-geographical teams across different sectors.
- Experience leading RFP’s & bids, alongside a significant commercial record (£1 – £2 million of sales per year to FTSE 100/250 clients)
- Experience working and communicating with C-Suite level clients.
