Organisational Strategy Manager
£80,000 – £100,000
I’m working with an award winning, boutique consultancy and Certified B Corp who are looking to grow their leadership team by hiring a manager. They’re a really values driven business and the strength of relationship they build with their clients is reflected in the fact that over 70% of their work comes through repeat business and referrals.
The role:
Responsibilities:
- Delivering Client Work – My client wants someone who can work autonomously to design and manage a whole project or complex workstreams, can help clients to solve complex problems which require the ability to draw on experience, tools and technology in combination, and who can inspire followership and provide a framework for their team, guiding, coaching and encouraging them to find the right solutions.
- Driving Business Development – They need someone who can proactively identify and originate sales opportunities and support the development of them, can support account development by leading account reviews and making connections between opportunities, and can bring thought leadership and project stories to the development of marketing and sales collateral.
- Enabling Company Development – They also want someone who is seen as a leader within the business, role modelling their leadership commitments and values, and coaching others to develop and grow, and someone who can contribute to internal methodology and service offer development and role model knowledge capture and sharing, and who can take a leading role atcompany events, leading training and development and inspire innovation, curiosity and creativity in others.
Experience required:
- Leadership experience at a Manager or Senior Manager level in a consultancy
- Experience in Operating Model and Operational Excellence
- Experience in retail preferable
The logistics:
