Salary: $1,000,000 AED – $2,000,000 AED
Already an established name in the Middle East market and with a burgeoning reputation particularly within the infrastructure and transport space, this firm is looking to expand its senior leadership team with hires at Partner and Principle level. Renowned for operational excellence, they are open to experienced specialists, or individuals keen to broaden the firm’s offering with new service lines.
Splitting their time between client portfolio management and winning new work, this individual will bring a wealth of experience, contacts and reputation to the firm to drive its growth through this year and into 2025. Capable of winning and nurturing those key relationships with private and public sector clients, you will lead your team to deliver projects across the GCC. Experience of working in KSA would be a significant plus.
Internally you will help drive the culture strategy and growth of the firm, developing the service offering and working on staff recruitment and retention.
Requirements:
- Revenue generating experience ($2m+ annually)
- Consulting experience in the GCC region (ideally KSA)
- Arabic language skills a significant plus
