My client is rapidly becoming the #1 Procurement and Strategic Sourcing consultancy in North America, with ~50% of all work being for Private Equity. As they continue with their multi-year plans for 25% annualized growth, the need has arisen to hire additional Manager / Senior Manager level candidates to lead client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Build overall engagement project plans.
- Lead consultant teams, manage resourcing and draw on SME input.
- Deliver key presentations to C-Suite level stakeholders.
- Own and build senior client relationships.
- Support, develop and upskill junior consultant teams.
Typical Projects Include:
- Strategic sourcing across private equity portfolios
- Pre-deal due diligence
- Procurement op model design
- Spend and ‘make vs buy’ analysis
- Category benchmarking
- Process Re-engineering
Requirements:
- Circa 7+ years’ relevant experience (procurement, supply chain, operations strategy, etc.)
- Experience leading consulting workstreams and/or consulting engagements.
- Tier 1 consulting experience strongly preferred (many of the current team are ex-MBB, Kearney, Alvarez & Marsal, etc.)
