Senior Manager (Automation & Process Improvement)

Salary: up to £100,000 + Bonus (circa 15%)
Location: London (Hybrid)

We are partnered with award-winning investment management business who are investing heavily in a transformation journey. A key piece of this is optimising and automating client facing processes to reduce risk, enhance efficiency and improve client satisfaction. This role takes a lead on this.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead a team to optimise and automate processes.
  • Oversee delivery through the whole project lifecycle; project manage operational improvement initiatives with a focus on people change to ensure adoption
  • Develop and implement rapid improvement methodology to redesign and automate processes
  • Conduct process diagnostics via process mapping and Lean Six Sigma tools to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
 
Key skills/experience:
  • Experience leading process improvement projects within in Fund Administration/Services or Alternatives
  • Experience delivering Robotic Process Automation projects
  • Lean Six Sigma (Black or Green Belt)
  • Consulting experience
