My client is rapidly scaling procurement and Strategic Sourcing consultancy, whose client base is made up exclusively of mid-market private equity portfolio companies ($100m – $1bn revenue). As they continue with their growth trajectory, the need has arisen to hire additional Manager level candidates to lead client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead consultant teams of 2-4 resources
- Own and build senior client relationships
- Ensure projects run on time and deliver results
- Deliver key presentations to C-Suite level stakeholders.
- Support, develop and upskill junior consultant teams.
Typical Projects Include:
- Designing creative strategic sourcing strategies
- Developing RFx’s
- External benchmarking of prices
- Quantitative market research
- Spend and ‘make vs buy’ analysis
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in procurement & strategic sourcing consulting
- Exposure to consulting for Private Equity and/or their portfolio companies
- Experience line managing teams of junior consultants
