I am working with a boutique strategy consultancy who focus on a range of market sectors including: Financial Services, Technology, Public Sector, Consumer & Retail, and Private Equity
My client is embarking on exciting growth agenda which includes expanding a number of their newer offices in the next 12 months. As such they are looking for their initial hires into these new locations – Birmingham, Newcastle and Bristol.
These hires will be Strategy Managers, responsible for owning innovative and exciting strategic projects. You will have an opportunity to take on more responsibility and help expand a team of your own.
You will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading the delivery of projects
- Building client relationships to further the focus on business development
- Creating a team of consultants to manage
- Building and maintaining a relationship with clients
Required skills and experience:
- 4-8 years of experience in consulting
- Experience leading projects
- Have an understanding of the commercial side of the market
- Advanced knowledge dealing with data analytics and quantitative data
- Eagerness to improve the company’s business development
