Salary: £60,000 – £110,000 + bonus + benefits

Role Overview:
The role is an opportunity to be part of a growing capability. You will be working on projects that include client service proposition design, regulatory change, process improvement, digital transformation, and technology platform implementation.
Requirements:
- Operational or change experience in wealth, asset management, or private banking
- Ability to deliver change from strategy through solution implementation
- Understanding of how these businesses deliver value, control costs, and grow their business
- Comfortable working alongside technology on digital transformation projects
- Experience in defining data and working in data-driven environments
- A strong communicator, who is well-versed in managing external stakeholders
- Familiarity with rules and regulations in the industry, including MIFID II, GDPR, Suitability, and SMCR
- Qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, and CFA are advantageous
