Practice Director – Aviation

We are seeking a Senior Leader to join a renowned Aviation practice. You will work alongside two Senior Leaders, steering the practice and driving substantial revenue growth. Regrettably, if you do not have proven experience generating £1.5 million in revenue in a Managing Consultant role, this position is not the best fit for you.

Salary: Dependent on revenue generation track record, this is an Executive position focused on growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Change: Engage in strategic transformations at the C-suite level, shaping the future of airports and airlines.
  • Build Connections: Develop and maintain key client relationships, including senior accounts at Heathrow and Manchester Airport Group (MAG).
  • Achieve Success: Oversee bid management and partnership development, aiming to hit annual sales targets of at least £1.5 million.
  • Lead with Impact: Manage a diverse team of 35 professionals, focusing on UK projects with exciting international expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven track record in management consulting and aviation, with a demonstrated ability to generate £1.5 million in revenue.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills and a knack for guiding a dynamic team to managing consultant best practice.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the aviation industry; experience in transport, retail, customer experience with similarities to aviation are also valuable.
  • Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to achieve personal sales targets and manage commercial accounts. Ideally, this needs to be on your CV so if it’s not please have a granular breakdown ready!
