Your Essential Experience:
- 3 years consulting experience within a consulting firm
- Experience working in adult social care, or local government
- Ability to manage a team; mentor and develop colleagues
- Business development/Commercial skills
- Understanding of ASC
If the above applies, your role could encompass four key responsibilities:
- Delivery: Managing consulting engagements within adult social care; workshops; deliverables
- Commercial & Relationship Management; managing stakeholders to maximise profitability
- Business Development: using existing networks and growth potential
- Quality Assurance – supporting technological advancements and current processes
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary range of £90,000-£115,000
- Bonus and commission structure
