I’m a Consultant at Tarka Talent, where I specialise in senior appointments, helping to grow our Executive Search function and supporting women in leadership.

Since moving into recruitment, I’ve thrived in the executive search space, partnering with leading communications consultancies to identify and hire senior talent across the corporate, financial, and retail sectors.

Having worked in the industry myself, I bring an insider’s perspective to the process. I understand how high the stakes are at leadership level – and how important it is to get it right, for both the individual and the business.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on a quest to find London’s best pint of Guinness, at a yoga class, or hosting dinner with friends – usually trying out a new recipe or planning our next road trip.
