We’re supporting a rapidly growing consulting firm to hire a Client Director focused on driving new business growth and deepening strategic client relationships across the energy and utilities space.
This is a commercial, front-foot role – ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter environment, is confident building trusted networks at C-suite level, and can lead the end-to-end sales and delivery lifecycle.
Role Highlights include:
- Take ownership of a personal portfolio, backed by strong brand support

What we are looking for:
- Bring strong experience in the UK energy/utilities sector
- Operate at Director level or equivalent within a consultancy, with a track record of winning and growing client accounts
- Have credibility across target operating models, digital implementation, AI, and customer-led strategy
- Combine industry depth with commercial instinct – this role is about relationship-building, revenue generation, and long-term client development
- Possess an active senior-level network and comfort engaging at C-suite
