Technical Business Analyst

We’re supporting a growing digital consultancy to hire a Technical Business Analyst Consultant to join their high-performing digital transformation team, working across sectors to shape user-centred, data-informed, and technically robust services.
This is a delivery-facing, hands-on role – ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy, brings strong technical understanding, and enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams to bring digital products and services to life.
Role Highlights include:
  • Work across high-impact, large-scale digital programmes – from critical infrastructure to emerging prototypes
  • Bridge business needs and technical delivery, ensuring product features align with both user needs and architectural integrity
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to shape end-to-end digital services
  • Take ownership of technical requirements, data analysis, and system integration elements
  • Join a collaborative, low-ego, high-performance consulting team with a strong culture of learning and development
What we are looking for:
  • Strong experience in the design and delivery of digital services, with exposure to technical architecture, integrations, and system design
  • Experience writing technical requirements and translating business objectives into user stories and backlog items
  • Confidence working across agile delivery lifecycles and familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g. CI/CD, test automation, cloud services)
  • Comfortable analysing and working with data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to operate across the full delivery lifecycle – from discovery through to development and release
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Why you’ll value this role:
  • Diverse and challenging projects that blend business and technology
  • A supportive, collaborative consulting culture that values flexibility and outcomes over hierarchy
  • Opportunities to grow technical and strategic skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • A platform to influence delivery approaches, internal capability, and future ways of working
