The role:
- Lead individual workstreams, from shaping analysis through to solution design and delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and help navigate complex challenges.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with client and internal consulting teams.
- Support proposals, credentials, client conversations and wider business development activity.
- Contribute to internal capability development, thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
You will need:

Around 4 years’ experience gained within a recognized management consulting firm.

Proven experience independently leading consulting workstreams and managing stakeholders.

Expertise developing in transformation, change, digital, technology or operating model work.

Experience coaching junior consultants or supporting client team members.

Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The logistics:
My client offers a base salary of $150,000 + bi-annual bonus, with prosperous company benefits. This role includes a flexible hybrid working pattern.
