I joined Tarka Talent in 2025 to support the continued growth of our global TMT practice.  

Before joining Tarka, I spent 7 years working within the broader strategy and consulting recruitment space.

During my career I’ve been fortunate enough to partner with a diverse range of businesses across the consulting, strategy and transformation space, enabling me to develop a strong network and deep understanding of the marketspace.

I’ve successfully delivered searches ranging from retained Partner and Managing Director hires through to high-volume team builds. 

 

Outside of work, I love getting outside and exploring the Surrey countryside (whilst trying to keep up with my two young kids!) watching Liverpool continue to add to our enormous trophy haul and taking trips back to my roots in sunny South Wales.
