I’m a Partner & Head of the Interim Practice at Tarka Talent, where my mission is to source and mobilise the very best strategy, consultancy, transformation & delivery interim talent. 

Over the past 22 years, I’ve partnered with a broad range of Management Consulting, Industry (FTSE / Listed), and Private Equity businesses. I provide curated, specialist, Interim resource augmentation to these businesses, to ensure they’re able to deliver on their strategy, value creation and transformation-based projects. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time with family, seeing new places, and trying to tick off my ever-increasing list of “household tasks!”
