I joined Tarka Talent in 2025 to help scale our North America Practice, supporting consultancies, investors, and corporates to recruit, build, and retain world-class teams.

Over the past seven years, I’ve partnered with a broad range of businesses across the consulting, strategy, operations, and transformation space – developing a strong network and deep understanding of the market. My experience spans retained Partner and MD searches through to high-velocity team builds.

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors chasing after my two young kids, cheering on Liverpool, or heading back to my roots in sunny South Wales whenever I get the chance.
