I’m a Principal Consultant at Tarka Talent, specialising in recruitment across all areas of management consultancy, with a particular focus on strategy and digital transformation. With a decade of experience in recruitment, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the consulting talent market and how to identify people who can really make an impact.

I work closely with clients across sectors to understand their business, culture and ambitions, helping them find senior consultants who can lead and deliver complex change. By combining my market knowledge with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, I connect organisations with people who bring both technical expertise and strong leadership.
