I joined Tarka Talent in 2023, having moved from our sister recruitment agency, 3Search, to help scale the firm.
My time is split between recruiting retained searches across the Change and Transformation space and helping to lead Tarka behind the scenes. I manage the team day-to-day and ensure that everything from an operations side runs smoothly.
I have spent the last 10 years in recruitment, initially for a search firm in the city, before spending 8 years helping to grow 3Search’s market share in the professional services industry. In particular, I worked with the Big 4.
Having worked with our Founder, Rich, when he was at 3Search, the internal move to Tarka was too good an opportunity to turn down.
Outside of work you are most likely to find me halfway up a Surrey hill on my bike pretending its Alpe D’Huez, or still chasing my dream of being a West End musical star (with limited success so far).
