I joined Tarka Talent as an Associate Consultant in 2026.

 

I studied Physical Geography at Cardiff University, and after graduating, I spent a year abroad in Sydney working in delegate sales. This experience sparked my interest in the people-focused side of sales, particularly the opportunity to build relationships and provide tailored support.

 

After returning to the UK, I moved into recruitment, drawn to its strong emphasis on consultancy, communication, and helping people find the right opportunities. I’m excited to continue developing my recruitment expertise, deepen my understanding of management consulting, and support talent in finding roles where they can truly thrive.

 

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveller. I take every opportunity to explore new destinations, immerse myself in different cultures, and, most importantly, try new foods!
