Lauren O'Malley

I am a Senior Consultant at Tarka Talent, where I lead our Strategy proposition. I specialise in recruiting current and former consultants into strategy consulting roles. 

I partner with organisations across the globe, spanning the UK, Europe, and North America. My experience covers the likes of the MBBs and Tier 2s through to the specialist boutiques. Over the years I have successfully helped clients grow their existing teams, expand into new geographies and mapping markets for potential growth.

My approach goes beyond merely supplying CVs and market advice. I leverage my knowledge and experience to offer genuine talent solutions for both businesses and candidates. I partner with employers by identifying their current hiring needs, while ensuring I know everything about the role and company to attract the right long term fit for the business. 

In every recruitment process, my goal is to ensue this is the best fit for both the employer and the candidate. This can include everything from reviewing current hiring methodologies and providing market advice all the way through to offer acceptance.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is witnessing the success of those with whom I’ve built strong relationships or the accomplishments of teams I’ve helped assemble.

Outside of my professional life, I am an avid food enthusiast with a personal mission to explore and savor all the restaurants in London. I welcome any recommendations! Additionally, I am a passionate animal lover and often spend my spare time horse riding.
