I studied Sports Science at university and then spent a few years working as an analyst in professional rugby. I then joined Tarka Talent as an Associate Consultant in 2026.
The move into recruitment came from wanting a more people-facing role where analytical thinking could be paired with relationship-building and helping individuals and teams find the best fit for long-term success.
Outside of work, my time is usually spent playing Aussie Rules and watching rugby. I love being active and trying new sports.
