Megan Nicholas

I joined the Tarka Talent team in 2023 as an Associate Consultant, recruiting across all sectors of management consultancy. I studied Criminology at Oxford Brookes University, where I developed a deep understanding of human behaviour and societal dynamics.

My path into the world of recruitment is a result of my interest in connecting people with the opportunities that best suit them. I look forward to learning what industry intrigues me the most within the consulting world and finding my niche within recruitment. My fascination with understanding human behaviour and my passion for creating these connections make recruitment the perfect fit for me.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new destinations and immersing myself in different cultures. When I’m not planning my next trip away, I love to spend quality time with my friends, going out for nice dinners and finding a new crime television programme to dive into.
