I founded Tarka Talent in 2021 with the backing of the 11 Investments group.

Building on my background as a Management Consultant and my recruitment expertise, I take time to understand both my candidate’s and my client’s requirements to provide a first-class recruitment experience. 

After graduating in 2013, I began work as an Associate Consultant for a large corporate recruitment agency. Unsure if recruitment was for me, I left to join the graduate scheme at Capgemini Consulting (now Invent). At Capgemini I learned the ins and outs of the consulting industry, gaining experience across Financial Services, Utilities, Transport and the Public Sector.

After an early promotion off the graduate scheme at Capgemini, I was drawn back towards the world of recruitment by my internal work to improve Capgemini’s graduate recruitment activities: creating new strategies for engaging with the best candidates, improving the gender-split of applicants and developing the assessment process.

This work made me realise my true passion was for recruitment.

So, I moved back to recruitment in 2016 to set up the Strategy & Transformation recruitment practice for 3Search. Working across consultancies and directly with industry clients, I built a number of amazing relationships which I’ve brought across to Tarka Talent with me.

In 2021, with the backing of the 11 Investments group, I decided to break my practice away, into my own recruitment consultancy, Tarka Talent.
