Richard was engaged by Bregal Milestone, a €500m fund focused on the B2B technology sector in Western Europe, who were looking to hire an Operating Principal to drive top line growth across their portfolio businesses.
The brief was to source candidates with a strategy consulting background who had worked in a growing B2B technology business in a Growth Operations position. After an extensive search process Richard presented a shortlist and long-list of candidates from a range of backgrounds to the client. After facilitating a thorough interview process we extended an offer to the preferred candidate (Oliver Wyman & FinTech experience).
