The role:
As Associate Director, Strategic Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping estates strategies and guiding clients through high-profile, complex projects. You will act as a trusted senior advisor, oversee the successful delivery of consultancy services, and contribute to the ongoing expansion of the business.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and ambition:
- Proven track record in consultancy delivery within life sciences and estates strategy.
- Chartered qualification in a relevant built environment discipline (architecture, engineering, FM, or property).
- Strong business development skills with experience leading bids and securing new work.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, confident in engaging at board level.
- Commercial acumen with hands-on experience in financial and risk management.
