I’m working with an award winning, international consultancy, who are looking to build the leadership team of their growing financial services practice in New York. They have a world renowned culture, and have really impressive opportunities for progression, development and practice leadership.
The team:
The financial services team partner with leading financial institutions, to create and execute sustainable transformation initiatives across their businesses. They work across retail and commercial banking, payments, and the broader investment banking and capital markets landscape to deliver long lasting change. Their clients include global payments businesses, leading Main Street banks, tier-1 capital markets firms, growing digital banking providers, and traditional lenders.
Their work is hugely varied, from digital strategy, innovation and transformation, to operating model design, to operational excellence and organisational transformation, to executing risk-focussed and regulatory change.
The role:
This role is an opportunity to help lead a growing capability – you would be in charge of strategy & transformation delivery, practice development, and sales & account growth.
Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of business and technology strategic transformation agendas in any of the following:
- Main Street banks
- FinTechs
- Payments businesses
- Digital banking providers
- Investment banks
- Exchanges and broader financial market infrastructure firms
The logistics:
