I’m working with a rapidly growing, boutique Financial Services consultancy, who are looking for a Manager in their Compliance team. They have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership.
The team:
With a background in risk and compliance, my client originally had one risk and compliance consulting team. They have recently split these into two different practices. Within the Compliance team, they cover projects on both conduct and compliance, such as:
- Consumer Duty
- Financial Crime
- FCA handbook
- SMCR
This role will be specifically focused on being a capability leader for mainly projects around the FCA handbook and Consumer Duty, however they may vary across all four of the above areas.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience must be in risk and compliance within Financial Services
- Must have around 4 + years’ experience in a consultancy OR working in a relevant space in industry
- Must have experience working in a managerial capability, used to leading people and/or projects
My client has specific interest in candidates who are flexible to work across a number of project types, as well as those who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to develop.
If you’re interested in this vacancy, please get in touch with Natalie Reynolds – natalie@tarkatalent.co.uk
The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £60,000 – £80,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility. If this ticks the boxes for you, please apply.
Regretfully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to reply to those who are successful.
