- Central London office – must be commutable to London but only required in when necessary
- Some travel around UK to sites

My client is a leading provider of cold storage and logistics infrastructure. They have a small headquarters in London, but they operate across 7 countries with close to 700 across the broader business. They were originally set up by a large PE firm, but have recently been acquired by another PE firm to be part of a roll up. They now have a valuation of $1 billion, making them a unicorn firm. Main Responsibilities:
- Upgrading/ replacing warehouse management systems across all the sites from their legacy systems
- Implementing the group standard WMS across all new sites (they aim to reach 100 sites over the next few years)
- Delivery of applications projects, in a PMO role – working closely with the applications team
- Building relationships with stakeholders, and presenting to them
- Any ad hoc IT projects as required
You will report directly into the IT Director, as well as working alongside functional teams.
Requirements:
- Around 5 years of experience working in a relevant space
- Experience in project management required – PMP/Prince2 preferred
- Experience working on a WMS previously is ideal
- No industry-specific experience required, but a bonus if you have worked in industrials/ manufacturing/logistics/ food and beverage
