We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting team. The PMO Analyst will support the Project & Programme Managers in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and their insights, as well as supporting the Head of Portfolio Ops in the delivery of key PMO initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
- Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary risks/issues
- Preparing project status reports for management review
- Assisting in project planning and scheduling, including the definition of project scope and objectives
What we are looking for:
- Must have experience working as a Consultant at Big 4 / Accenture (or similar) (1-5 years ideally)
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, from conception, through to BAU
- Previous experience with PM planning and management tools, such as MS Project and Trello would be desirable
- Strong program coordination and administration abilities
- Ability to analyse a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
- Familiarity with RAID management
