Job Title: Principal Consultant
Salary Range: £100-110k + bonus

Role Overview:
The Principal Consultant will lead workforce transformation projects with FTSE 100 and large public sector clients, applying people strategies and delivering impactful business outcomes. They will shape strategies, align leaders, and work collaboratively to improve client operations while developing and leading high-performing teams.
Essential Skills:
- 8-10yrs consulting experience at an established consultancy
- Proven expertise in workforce transformation, including operating model redesign, talent strategies, and HR transformation.
- Experience working alongside senior stakeholders and working on large, complex engagements.
- Skilled in business development, with a track record of crafting and pitching proposals.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring teams and fostering inclusive cultures.
