Strategy Consulting – Energy Transition – Analysts to Engagement Managers.
- Requires: Tier 1 (MBB) or Tier 2 (OW, LEK, OC&C…) Strategy Consulting Experience, plus an interest in energy transition work
- Location: Sydney, Australia (relocation & sponsorship from the UK/EU/NA available).
- Compensation: Base $120,000 – $210,000, plus bonus for Analyst to EM. (Note, total comp. is benchmarked to MBB and is >$300k).

Following a period of great success, they are looking to expand their team by hiring consultants with a genuine passion for decarbonisation and the future of energy, across Australia and beyond.
Typical projects include:
- Pure Strategy
- Regulation advisory
- Utility market restructuring
- Energy markets & trading analytics
- Investment advisory
- Transaction Due Diligence
Industry-specific requirements:
- Analysts: – Energy experience NOT required.
- Associates: – Energy experience NOT required.
- Engagement Managers: – Energy experience preferred.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university, preferably in a STEM or other quantitative field.
- Experience in a Tier 1 (MBB) or Tier 2 (OW, L.E.K., OC&C…) Strategy Consultancy.
- A passion for decarbonisation & energy transition!
