My client is a boutique complex transformation consultancy that specializes in helping Fortune 1000 clients deliver their most strategically important programs. They work closely with their clients’ C-Suite and Senior Leadership to design, plan and deliver transformation programs, acting ONLY at the senior level, in an advisory capacity.
Culturally, the business is people led. They have a strong emphasis on work-life balance (including 30 days PTO), limited travel & flexible/hybrid working, & building lasting relationships both internally and with clients.
Owing to their exceptional delivery & senior relationships, 90% of their work comes from repeat clients. As a result, Consultants below Partner grade are not expected to drive firm revenue.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6-12 years’ consulting experience at a management consultancy.
- Experience leading teams across the full project lifecycle, from strategy & design to delivery.
- Expert in Digital Transformation and guiding clients through the SDLC.
- A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
- The right to work in the USA.
