The Manager will take ownership of high-value workstreams, typically generating ~£2m of impact for clients. You will provide strategic oversight, ensure alignment of KPIs to organisational objectives, and lead a small team of consultants to deliver measurable results at pace.
Role Highlights:
- Lead and mentor up to four consultants, combining analytical rigour with on-site delivery
- Translate organisational goals into clear KPIs and governance structures that sustain performance improvement
- Partner directly with client stakeholders at operational and senior management levels to overcome barriers to success
- Shape the narrative for progress updates, ensuring senior stakeholders are aligned and engaged
- Identify risks early and work with programme leadership to maintain delivery momentum
You Will Need:
- A strong consulting background with proven success delivering transformation across sectors such as defence, infrastructure, retail, manufacturing, government or healthcare
- Experience of direct line management and building capability within teams
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and client sponsors
- Analytical expertise and the resilience to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges
- Willingness to travel and work on client sites across the UK

The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £80,000 – £85,000, depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role can be based in a range of their offices across the UK, with a flexible hybrid working pattern, with some travel to clients.
