Working directly with the Head of Transformation, our goal was to secure high-calibre talent able to deliver critical business improvement initiatives at pace. 

Challenges Bupa Dental Care faced

Bupa Dental was embarking on an ambitious transformation agenda and needed to quickly bring in senior talent who could operate autonomously and drive progress across multiple workstreams. The brief required individuals with both strategic and delivery capability, able to manage senior stakeholders, shape complex change programmes, and free up time for the Head of Transformation to focus on broader business priorities.

This hire has enabled the business to continue its transformation programme at pace, with a senior operator capable of working independently in a complex stakeholder environment, freeing the Head of Transformation to drive additional strategic initiatives.
