Our work with Managementors
Tarka Talent have worked with Managementors since 2022. We had previously worked with one of the Directors, placing him into one of his previous roles.
We have placed 7+ candidates into the Managementors team. These have been at a range of seniorities from entry level through to Project Manager.
Challenges Managementors faced
Managementors don’t have a large brand name, which limits the number of applicants they receive for their advertised roles, particularly applications from their target talent pool. Additionally, they’re not based in London so also struggle to attract some of the London-based candidates.
Lastly, their roles require a large amount of time on client site (often 4-5 days/week) which puts off a number of candidates. All these factors combined mean that a recruitment partner can add serious value to Managementors, particularly one who can act more proactively to headhunt talent.
Recruitment solutions
We have worked with Managementors on a contingent basis, providing talent reactively (when there is an active need) and proactively (helping them pipeline great talent).
We hold regular check-in calls with the Managementors team (both internal talent and the Senior Leadership Team). In addition, we also meet the Managementors team at their office, spending valuable time together in person.
We have placed a number of candidates with the Managementors team and built a fantastic relationship with throughout the process.
