The Associate Director – Industrials will step into a high-impact leadership role within the senior US team. You’ll act as the right hand to the Head of Industrials, helping drive business development, oversee multiple client projects, and shape the team’s continued expansion. This is a clear track-to-Partner opportunity in a growing market.
Role highlights:
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic due diligence and growth advisory projects
- Act as a key client contact, developing trusted relationships with PE and corporate leaders
- Mentor and develop Managers and junior team members across engagements
- Collaborate on business development activity: pitches, networking, thought leadership
- Help steer the New York office’s internal operations and people agenda
You will need:
- Deep experience delivering commercial due diligence or strategy consulting in Industrials
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Exposure to business development and client-facing work, ideally in consulting or finance
- High EQ, with excellent communication and coaching skills
- A collaborative, ambitious approach to building teams and solving problems
