Delivery Manager – Operations

With a hands-on approach, they embed sustainable change by aligning processes, coaching managers, and driving performance at every level.

You’ll join a business that invests heavily in your growth, offering structured development, mentoring from senior leaders, and a clear pathway to Chartered Management Consultant status.

The Delivery Manager will guide clients through complex transformation journeys, leading teams on-site and ensuring measurable results. You’ll be at the centre of change, balancing leadership, analysis, and coaching to unlock client potential.

Role highlights:

  • Lead transformation project delivery from start to finish, ensuring measurable business outcomes
  • Build strong client relationships, working on-site Mon–Thu to drive cultural and operational change
  • Oversee and develop your own project team, providing feedback and support
  • Coach client managers to embed behaviours that deliver sustainable results
  • Identify opportunities for follow-on projects and wider consultancy impact

You will need:

  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects with visible results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from shop floor to C-suite
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to travel weekly across the UK (Mon–Thu on client sites)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The logistics:

My client offers a salary of £62,000 – £79,000 + £4.8k car allowance + bonus depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits.
