Director – Leadership Advisory Consultancy

We are working in partnership with one of the UK’s top Leadership consultancies to hire a Director to join the senior leadership team as the firm scales. Internationally renowned in the private equity industry, this boutique firm are specialists in CEO leadership and executive coaching for both PE and their portfolios.

Having scaled significantly in the last 5 years, the founders are looking to bring on an additional experienced individual to join the senior leadership team. The role will entail developing the firm’s strategy, driving key client relationships whilst personally delivering expert advisory on crucial projects.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious leader in the organisational change space to join a market leader and help shape the next few years of the firm’s development. Ultimately this will suit someone who wants “a seat at the table” and has the track record and credibility to justify their place there.
