Engagement Manager – Consumer Goods

We’re working with a top-tier pure-play strategy consultancy seeking intellectually curious, impact-driven consultants to join their high-performing Consumer Goods Practice. With deep industry specialism and a growing U.S. presence, this firm helps global brands and breakthrough challengers tackle complex market challenges, from disruption strategies to long-range growth plans.

The Engagement Manager will lead high-stakes projects from end to end, shaping strategy for household-name clients across the Consumer Goods and Private Equity landscape.

Role highlights:

  • Manage 3–6 person teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across client engagements
  • Drive hypothesis-led thinking to answer complex, ambiguous problems
  • Maintain delivery excellence that encourages repeat business and builds long-term client partnerships
  • Support business development through credibility and client satisfaction

You will need:

  • 5+ years’ strategy consulting experience, or 2+ years post-MBA in a strategy consulting role
  • A proven ability to manage project streams and lead teams to results
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at Board level
  • An analytical mindset with clarity on critical business levers
  • Experience in Consumer Goods strongly preferred
